How It Works
1. Send Me an Enquiry
You can fill out my commission form or email me directly if the form isn’t accessible for you.
2. Confirming Your Commission
Once I receive your enquiry, I’ll contact you within 5 business days to confirm your commission details and communicate the expected turnaround time.
At this stage, I’ll also send a link for a 50% deposit, which secures your commission. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, as it covers materials and my time.
3. Drafts and Feedback
I’ll create the first draft of your artwork and send it to you for review. You can request any changes you’d like.
After I update the first draft, I’ll send a second draft. You can request as many changes as you like on this second draft, but after this stage, the artwork will be considered final and ready to go to the framers.
4. Final Payment and Framing
Once you’re happy with the final draft, I’ll send a secure payment link for the remaining balance.
The artwork will not be sent to the framers until this balance is paid, so your payment secures the final production.

A5 (14.9x21cm): Wooden frame with the print going directly to the edge of the frame. Available in the colours white-washed or walnut-washed.
A4 (21x29cm): Wooden frame with the print going directly to the edge of the frame. Available in the colours white-washed or walnut-washed.
A1 (59x4x84.1cm): Wooden frame with the print going directly to the edge of the frame. Available in the colours white-washed or walnut-washed.
87×70 cm: White double-stacked frames with a float mount and print featuring decaled edges.
116×87 cm: White double-stacked frames with a float mount and print featuring decaled edges.
All available in portrait or landscape.
All frames have archival hanemuhle photo rag paper and anti-reflective glass.
Pricing
All commissions are framed works, with prices based on the size of the piece:
A5: €225
A4: €300
A2: €600
A1: €825
87×70 cm: €1,200
116×87 cm: €1,800
Turnaround
The average creation time for a commission is about 4 weeks. This covers the period I spend creating your artwork and collaborating with you.
After this phase, your commission will be sent to my framers for printing and framing.
Framing times (best estimates; during busy periods, may be slightly longer):
Sizes up to A2: 2 weeks
Larger sizes: 3–4 weeks
Extras
Rush Fee:
If you need a commission completed within 1 month, a 20% surcharge applies.
Please mention this in your enquiry, as it may not be possible for larger frames.
Travel Fees
(For Specific Requested Location Photography Only)
Choosing a specific location for your commission is completely optional.
However, if you request a particular location, a travel fee must be paid to cover the journey.
This fee is not related to delivery — it applies only when you want your piece to include photographs taken at a location of your choice.
• Within 1 hour of Dublin: No travel fee
• 1–2.5 hours from Dublin: €50 per 30 minutes (rounded to the nearest 30 mins)
• Over 2.5 hours from Dublin: €350 flat fee (covers travel, accommodation, and subsistence)
Delivery:
Free for all sizes except 116×87 cm.
For 116×87 cm: I will deliver personally within 2 hours of Dublin, or you can collect them in South Dublin Locations beyond this for 116×87 cm frames: arranged case-by-case
Payments and Cancellations
A 50% deposit secures your commission. This is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due before the artwork is sent to framers.
Cancellations can be made before the artwork goes to framers, but the deposit is retained.
Once the artwork enters production, no refunds are available.
